I always stay at this place when I visit. The staff gave me travel advice on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, a kettle, cookware, and a TV. It's easy to check-in/out and store luggage. No pets or smoking. I'm coming back for vacation.

Setting just next door to Rialto Bridge, the pier. Try Cafe Florian within 5 minutes walk for tea and goodies...
Couldn't find aircond.

The apartment was huge and fully fitted for a family, with a good washing machine and a feeling of safety. The location was fantastic, just a minute away from the Rialto Bridge and an easy walk to everywhere else in the heart of Venice. We had a full supermarket on the corner and bakeries nearby for our convenience. The hosts, Cristina and her husband, were fantastic and provided us with tips on local bakeries, travel, and shops. They even booked us a water taxi to the airport without any trouble. The windows opened up to a view of the gondolas, allowing us to hear and see them. The wifi was reasonable and met our needs.
Everything was fantastic.

This apartment felt like a time travel! The building is from the 18th century and gave me serious historical vibes. The dining area, stovetop, and microwave were convenient for my stay.
Oh, how I loved pretending to be in the 18th century, but who needs air conditioning anyways? Sleeping in a historical sauna was exactly what I signed up for!

The apartment at Wellvenice Rialto was totally amazing! It had everything you could possibly need - three cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch too. As a family, we felt right at home here.
Personally, I found the bathroom to be a bit small. But hey, that's just my two cents.

The apartment was huge and had plenty of space for our family of 8. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to all the attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Additionally, the host was incredibly hospitable, leaving us snacks, water, and even a bottle of prosecco in the fridge. It was a lovely touch and made us feel welcome.
There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. The noise from the boats passing by could get a bit loud in the early mornings, but we were prepared for this since we knew the apartment was centrally located.

We had such a fantastic stay at this huge apartment in a great location. the facilities were exactly as described, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved being able to watch the gondolas float by from the bedroom windows and hear the occasional serenade. the apartment was clean, and the warm welcome from the cleaner, despite the language barrier, was lovely. We would definitely choose to stay here again. No complaints!
Not one thing! 😊.
